You don’t need that stuff to lose weight or ‘cleanse’.
1. Eat right; drink water
2. Exercise
3. Sleep

No, sugar, the advertising IS a scam.
Colon cleanses are great if you’re not pooping regularly. That’s ALL they’re designed to do. They push them as a diet aid because they know people like you will waste their money on them in hopes to lose weight without having to eat right and exercise.
Acai is a great antioxidant that also comes with protein and omega-3 (only if you eat the berry or drink the puree, not if you take the pills). It can give you more energy. That’s it, but they push them as a diet aid because they know people like you will waste their money on them in hopes to lose weight without having to eat right and exercise.
So, in other words, spend that money on a gym membership and some healthy food instead of a bunch of crap that’s advertised for you to blow your money.
