Ok, I’m a little embarrassed to admit this, but I fell for scam in a moment of weakness. I bought these diet pills called “Acai Berry” (PLEASE DON”T EVER SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL OFFER). The company had a trial offer for $4.58. I bought the product with my credit card (dumbest thing in the world). The problem is they charged my credit card for $69. I tried calling their customer service number to cancel the order and the number is always busy. This is what they do to scam their customers. I was advised that the only way to stop them from taking any more money is close the account. I don’t want to close the credit card account because it will hurt my credit score. Is there anything else I can do? Trust me, you guys don’t have to tell me how stupid it was. I’m fully aware of that now.

Thank you for all of your help. The Great Indian you were right, once I got the number the people for customer service were suprisingly helpful. I called back a second time and talked to a different person and he said my order had already been canceled so thats good news. But since i’m not retarted I’m still going to call my bank. But for anybody else who is in this situation don’t stop calling even if you get disconnected the first few times. Oh, and be firm, but don’t be rude (until you have to). The guy thanked me for being a decent human being, as he usually gets screamed at by a million people a day.
