    don’t know about this, but you should try pu-erh red tea. it’s really an awesome metabolism booster, I don’t know about your region, but in Europe it’s really easy to buy… at first it might taste bad, but you’ll get used to it and eventually love it.

    No, of course not. The only way to lose weight is to restrict your calories (moderately, if you eat too little your metabolism will work against you) and exercise. You can easily lose 5 pounds in 3 weeks by eating around 1200-1500 calories a day and exercising moderately for about 30 minutes every day. No need to spend money on scams.
