How much weight can I loose in a month and a half?
To give you some idea of my lifestyle (I hate diets b/c it implies that you stop once you’ve achieved a result) and exercise habits.
I eat several times a day. I make various foods from fish to different types of chicken. If I eat out, I mostly get salads or sandwiches if the bread is multi grain or whole wheat. I like to cook a lot, so I try different recopies, healthy of course. I refuse to buy food with high fructose corn syrup.
I exercise at least 3 times a week. I do the stair master, pilates and the elliptical, along with free weights.
I take vitamins as a supplement (at least I try to make a habit of it) and I also take this acai berry pill which has prevented me from unescarry cravings. In addition I put ground flax seed in my breakfast cereal or oatmeal.
I’m 5 ft 1, and weight between 121 - 122 pounds, how much can I loose in a month and a half if I keep this up.

After my girlfriend had a baby she tried all types of workouts but the two that worked best for her were her boxing classes and the stripper pole aerobics. I paid for her to go a boxing trainer and I bought her a pole from and she looks the way she did before the baby.
