how to loose weight fast and not gain it back?

im am 13 and 5′1 and weigh 130. i have a really slow metabolism and i really dont like it how can i loose weight fast.im not able to go to a gym and my mom wont let me go walk out side cuz im in AK and its winter.i am on th atkins diet but it takes for ever to loose weight and my mom wont let me buy acai berry.

    LOL ACAI BERRY are u serious? yeah i bet u are 13 to think that u could lose weight by drinking some shoite………well u cannot diet man ur only focking 13 u are still growing man trust me i didnt eat almost at all when i was ur age and my teeth are really shit cuz i didnt get enuf calcium anyways just exercise more than u eat i mean its the holidays aint it? u have plenty of time im 16 and right now i run/walk 5 hours a day now well mostly walk but u know if u have that much time to laze away and if u really wana lose weight that bad then just exercise then it doesnt matter what u eat cuz as long as u exercise off more calories than u eat ull lose weight.

    1) look up your daily calorie requirements on calorie calculators online. then eat 500 cals less than what it says.
    2) buy a cardio DVD to workout at home!
    3) lose the sugar and fat in your diet.
    4) carbs only after workouts
    5) by atkins do you include beef and pork? if necessary, consume only eggwhites, white fish and poultry.
    6) you don’t need acai berry — water is the best. have 8 8 oz glasses per day at least.

    But anyhoo,

    Losing weight isnt going to happen overnight - any type of weight loss takes a long time especially when you have a slow metabolism.

    Could take up to a couple of months to shed some pounds. Depending on what your eating and how much exercise your doing.

    Why dont you join a sport, dance or a hobby where there is exercising involved? It will be fun plus you will be exercising.

    Along with that, just eat healthy. no junk foods or sodas. pretty simple.

    If you lose more than 2 lbs or 1 kg per week you will regain it all. Losing weight is the easy bit and keeping it off is the hard bit. Haste leads to waste (a wasted effort). Slow and steady is the way to go and you need a bit of patience.

    The Atkins diet is supposed to have a high success rate.
