Ok, I bought a bottle of the Acai Berry Maxx, Not sure if I should take them. No directions or anything?

   There are no directions because Acai Berry Maxx is not really medicine and isn’t regulated in the same way that actual treatments are. It’s just a fruit extract, so although it’s possible that you can do your body actual harm by taking too much of it, it’s not very likely. If you’re taking the pills to lose weight, your “special diet” should be a regular old low-fat reduced-calorie diet supplemented with exercise, which will probably do more for your weight-loss than any non-FDA-evaluated wonderdrug.
