Has anyone here tried Acai and succeeded? Any side effects? Why do you have to take them with food?
For the record, I’m 13 and 120 pounds. A bunch of that is muscle.
I just have the supplements, not the “burn 50000 pounds in the next ten minutes!!!!” ones.
Acai berries, cornstarch, Hypromellose, Silica, Magnesium Stearate, and Water are the only ingredients. In that order. (I think)
